| 1. Length of Contact : it is a greed as a contact for a minimum x months of service as the customer signed below. |
| 2. Equipment Ownership : |

| 3. Service Fee : Monthly fee will be charged in advance. Late payment will lead to cut off the service temporary. |
| 4. Change of Fee : Above description and prices are subjects to change without prior notices. |
| 5. Service Activation : The service will be start after Camshin and its customer finishing the installation and ISA (Internet Service Acceptance) process. Charge of service will be started accordingly. |
| 6. Service Termination : Once the customer aims to terminate some/all services which are providing by IS1 instruction they must follow upon : |
| 6.1. Customer needs to send an e-mail or letter of terminating services to inform IS1 at least 15 days prior to the terminate date. |
| 6.2. Service Termination earlier than what agreed in the contact could lead to additional termination charge at 25% of the monthly fee for each item. |
| 7. Service Interference and Interruption : Any operation of customer should not interfere or interrupt normal IS1 daily business operation. |
| 8. License and Permission : For begin a telecommunication service provider, customer need to comply every necessary regulation and own full valid license for telecommunication operator from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication(MPTC) prior to the service start date. The license have to be valid until the terminate of the services. |
| 9. Violation of Law and Regulations : Once customer violates any terms and condition, or infringes law in the kingdom of Cambodia, Camshin reserves the rights to terminate the services without warning. |
